At Praxis, we want you to feel confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for charges made to your account. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Free Trial
Praxis offers a free trial period so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial. No payment is required during the free trial, and no charges will be made unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Plans
Praxis offers monthly subscription plans (Pro at $5/mo and Max at $15/mo). All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorise Praxis to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Pro Plan ($5/mo) — includes AI-Powered Breakdown, Notion & Obsidian Sync, Priority Support, and 5,000 credits per month.
- Max Plan ($15/mo) — includes everything in Pro plus Advanced Analytics, Shared Libraries, SSO & Admin Controls, and 50,000 credits per month.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to your first charge only and is available once per customer.
- Technical Failures: If a significant technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing core features of Praxis for an extended period and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial charge or renewal date.
- Partial use of a billing period — credits used during the month are non-refundable.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next renewal date.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described on our website at the time of purchase.
- Violations of our Terms of Service that resulted in account suspension or termination.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your paid features until then. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day money-back window.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to our support team through your account dashboard. Include the following in your message:
- The email address associated with your Praxis account.
- The date of the charge you are disputing.
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Praxis after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
